# Commissions and Fees

KribOS does not change the commissions applied by your OTA contracts.

## OTA commissions

Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and other platforms apply their own commercial conditions. These depend on your agreement with each platform.

KribOS can display or use commission information when it is provided by the OTA through the booking data, but KribOS does not create a new OTA commission.

## OTA connectivity layer

KribOS uses a technical connectivity layer to exchange booking, availability, and pricing information with OTA platforms.

When an OTA provides commission information on a reservation, KribOS may display or use that information for reporting and reconciliation.

This does not mean that KribOS or its connectivity infrastructure creates an extra OTA commission for the host.

## Direct booking note

Direct bookings are not subject to OTA commissions. KribOS commercial terms remain defined by your KribOS subscription and any direct-booking/payment terms agreed with KribOS.
